Rehydrated tomato flakes mixed with olive oil and chopped garlic is a great spread for fresh bread! The rich flavor of these flakes is ideal in chili, pasta sauces, pizza, soups, stews, vegetable dishes, and dressings. Use anywhere you’d use sundried tomatoes.

Place tomato flakes into a dish and cover with enough olive oil or broth to fully submerge. Let them sit for five minutes to 1 hour then drain any excess liquid if desired.
