Riserva Blend Olive Oil made from centuries-old olive trees in Castelvetrano, Sicily. Very dense and opaque, it has and intense green color with golden yellow glints. Well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond, and artichoke. Ideal with all fish, vegetable soups, red meat, cheese, and all vegetable dishes. Spicy and herby, with a full-bodied and persistent taste. Medium-light, fruity, and fully rounded flavor. First cold-pressed.
