Calamansi Lime Fruit Vinegar
Described as having a flavor between a Lime, Meyer Lemon, and an Orange, this little green fruit is very versatile. Use this to marinade pork or flank steak. It will add a zippy brightness to your veggies and rice, and wake up your tastebuds with a salad. The Calamansi is a fruit most commonly found in the Philippines and Indonesia. In the US, mostly Florida, it is also known as “calamondin”.
Ideal with: grilled fish, pasta, risottos, ratatouille, aged and spicy cheeses, cocktails
