What began as a love of cooking with olive oil and balsamic vinegars, blossomed into a family business.

The company was started by Dawn Lorenzo, with the help of her husband Manny, in July of 2011 after retiring their successful construction business.

With the help of their friends in Italy they researched and found the best sources for the finest Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars in the world. Within a short period of time, the two were successfully selling olive oil, balsamic vinegars, spices, sea salts, and various other gourmet foods in their New Hope, Pennsylvania store.
